When I first meet Allyson, I felt totally at ease with her she made me fell so comfortable and straight away I was able to share my situation. She helped me address things in my past and present which I had never thought about before and gave me positive ways to deal with it including my anxiety and wine intake. I have now learnt how to listen to myself and follow her professional advise which has put me back in to such a happy place thanks to Allyson, I will continue to see her on a monthly basic as I feel she is good for my wellbeing.
