Having completed an accredited BACP (British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy) course to MA level. I offer a warm and welcoming, safe supportive space where you can bring anything and I will not judge you. As an experienced Humanistic Integrative Counsellor and Psychotherapist, I will help you on your journey supporting you though what you want to explore.
I have been supporting students and staff in Education for over twenty years and currently continue to do so. Events in my life caused me to question what I was doing and lead me on the path to counselling. Now a fully qualified counsellor registered with the BACP. I follow their ethical code of practice along with being DBS checked. My experience gives me the opportunity to connect with people of all ages.
In addition to my private practice, I have worked as a counsellor at Selby College and York St John Communities centre.
